Bill Manager: A Zero-Cost AI Receipt & Invoice Sorter for Freelancer

What I Built Bill Manager is a zero-cost, serverless AI-powered invoice and receipt processing agent designed specifically for freelancers, independent contractors, and small business owners.

The Problem It Solves Freelancers and micro-entrepreneurs waste hours every month manually reading paper and PDF receipts, logging line items, checking tax amounts, and sorting expenses into categories for tax filing. Existing accounting SaaS tools require expensive monthly subscriptions or force users to upload sensitive financial documents to heavy closed cloud platforms.

What It Does Bill Manager allows users to drag and drop receipt or invoice images into a clean web interface. In seconds, the application extracts structured financial fields—including vendor name, date, total amount, tax amount, and suggested accounting category—delivering clean, production-ready JSON and CSV data without a monthly subscription fee.
