EIDOLON AI: Wenn KI verlassenen Code ausgräbt
EIDOLON AI verbindet Software-Archäologie mit dem Día de los Muertos. Das Tool nutzt Reverse Engineer Anything Telemetry und das lokal laufende Google Gemma 2, um vergessene Microservices und alte APIs zu inspizieren.

What is EIDOLON AI? Every codebase has its ghosts—abandoned microservices, 2018 APIs, and mysterious code written by developers who vanished.
EIDOLON AI bridges software archaeology with Día de los Muertos. It uses Reverse Engineer Anything (REA) telemetry and locally-run Google Gemma 2 to inspect legacy binaries, analyze their Shannon entropy, and let you converse with the "digital ghost" of the program through an interactive séance. You can also build a virtual ofrenda (altar) to lay deprecated repositories to rest with memorial epigraphs and digital offerings.
🛠️ How It Works REA Binary Bridge: Extracts symbol tables, compiler toolchains, and Shannon entropy profiles from legacy binaries.
Local Gemma 2 Inference: Connects via Ollama to run open-weight models (gemma2) completely locally, adopting the persona of the binary's long-lost author.
Web Audio Synthesizer: Built with native Web Audio API to dynamically generate eerie altar candle crackles, CRT transformer whines, and 432Hz bell chimes.
💡 Why Open Innovation Matters 100% Offline & Private: Reverse-engineering sensitive internal binaries stays strictly on your machine; no code or data ever touches a third-party cloud server.
Zero Cost ($0.00): Deep binary context dumps are free to process locally without per-token API charges.
Permanent Archaeology: Open-weight models and tools ensure our digital preservation tech outlives closed-source cloud services that might shut down.
