I am Hamza Bilden, a 17-year-old high school student, independent researcher, and system builder based in Ankara, Turkey. Welcome to my blog, where I will share my journey in artificial intelligence, cognitive science, and software development.
I believe that instead of relying on massive, single black-box models, we should build modular AI architectures that route each query to a relevant expert module. This ensures transparency and efficiency. My goal is to explore how biological intelligence can inspire more efficient and adaptable AI systems.
I don't just study AI; I build practical solutions for real-world problems. Here are some of my recent projects:
1. E-LabS (formerly BioLab) Many high schools lack access to physical science labs. To solve this, my team and I developed E-LabS, a web-based virtual laboratory for biology, chemistry, and physics. It features a Google Gemma 4-based AI lab assistant, real-time graphs, automatic Markdown report generation, a Three.js 3D simulation engine, and a KVKK-compliant user system built on Firebase.
2. Sadece Yaşama, Şehrini Yönet (Participatory City Management) A digital platform designed to help citizens solve neighborhood problems. The system supports 6 different user roles, voting mechanisms, and real-time tracking to ensure local problems are solved collaboratively.
Leadership & Community Beyond coding, I serve as the General Organization President at TechTeam. I manage project workflows, coordinate teams for TÜBİTAK and TEKNOFEST, and build systems to improve team motivation and efficiency. I am also a participant in the 42 Kocaeli Bootcamp, constantly pushing my software development limits.
The Road Ahead My academic goal is to study Computer Engineering, followed by a Master's in Neuroscience. I want to research the intersection of biological systems and machine learning.
Let's Connect I am always open to collaborations, research discussions, or project ideas.
Stay tuned for more technical deep dives into modular AI and EdTech!
