Najem is an AI scout assistant that works inside Telegram. You describe your activity or camp, and it gives you a detailed plan with a schedule, an equipment list, safety guidelines and an evaluation method. It is free, needs no sign-up or credit card, and is built on the Muslim Scouts and Lebanese scouting curricula.
Najem suggests. The leader decides and leads.
Najem is for scout leaders in the Arab world, especially those working with the Muslim Scouts or Lebanese Scouting curriculum. It recognises the terminology of each curriculum and adapts to it. It also has dedicated assistants for the troop administrator, the commissioner's advisor and the leader trainer.
The World Organization of the Scout Movement says scouting has more than 60 million active members. According to the platform's own figures, Najem has generated more than 5,500 activity plans and served more than 1,350 leaders in 12 Arab countries.
No registration and no credit card are needed.
If you are not sure how to word your request, open the prompt generator on the website. It asks for the goal, the age stage, the group size and the place, then prepares a text that you send to Najem.
It has ready templates for a camp, a community service project, a leadership course, a day trip, a cultural activity and a campfire night.
Najem can be added to the leaders' Telegram group as an admin, so the whole group can ask it questions and generate activities together.
We prefer that leaders discuss a plan among themselves before they adopt it, because sitting together around the plan is part of building a team. We wrote about this idea in Human First.
A plan generated by Najem does not replace the leader's experience, supervision or the field safety rules. This is written on its website, and we repeat it here.
Review every plan, adjust it to your kids, your place and the weather, and apply the safety rules your troop follows.
