After partnering with Moises earlier this year, SoundCloud is now adding integration with another AI music platform, ElevenLabs. Now, rather than having to export and download your outputs from ElevenLabs and then upload them to SoundCloud, you can publish them directly. Songs published from ElevenLabs directly to SoundCloud will be labeled as such, making clear their AI origins.

In general, SoundCloud has seemed more willing to embrace AI-generated music than other streaming services. While it “ encourages ” users subject to EU rules to label tracks as “AI-generated or manipulated” and has rules against impersonation, it’s also partnered with multiple generative AI music platforms. SoundCloud has also avoided the loud-and-proud press releases detailing how many spammy AI songs it’s removed from its platform, or bragging about demonetizing them.
